Seven days on Italy's Cilento coast to rebuild your relationship with food, movement, faith, and the people around your table, guided by functional lab work, hands on cooking, and a small circle of guests who came for the same reason you did.
The healthiest people in the world don't eat perfectly.
They eat intentionally. They eat together. They laugh. They pray. They cook. They move. They belong.
This retreat isn't about escaping your entire life.
It's about learning how to return home differently.
You'll be staying at Imoresani, a real agriturismo farm tucked inside Cilento National Park, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve on Italy's untouched southern coast, with Blue Flag waters and the Amalfi Coast, Positano, and Paestum all within easy reach. This isn't a resort. It's a working farm, and you'll feel that the moment you sit down to eat.
Three weeks before the trip, every guest completes functional bloodwork and a set of personal assessments, so the week isn't generic wellness talk. It's built around You.
A full panel three weeks out, reviewed with you in Italy, not after you're home and it's easy to forget.
Nutrition, lifestyle, health goals, and your relationship with food, so the guidance you get fits your actual life.
With Michelle, you'll uncover the neuroscience and belief systems quietly running the show. With Liz, you'll start breaking the habits, especially around food, that have been holding you back.
Supplement guide, meal guide, recipes, and an accountability plan. The trip doesn't end when you land back home.
Each day builds on the last.
Mind, Body, and Spirit, woven together morning to night.
Every morning begins the same way: prayer, scripture, breath work, stretching, and journaling.
You land, settle into your room at Imoresani, then gather at The Landing Table, an evening under the Italian sky to debrief, set intentions for the week, and simply be present. No rushing. You just landed in Italy.
Morning prayer, breathwork, and journaling, then breakfast. A day on the water along the Cilento coast, lunch in town, an afternoon wine tasting, and dinner back at the farm.
A morning at a buffalo mozzarella farm, hands on and fresh, with a delicious lunch on site. In the afternoon, Paestum, one of the best preserved Greek temple complexes on earth and a UNESCO World Heritage site.
A hands on pasta making class from scratch, then an olive experience, harvesting, a visit to the pressing mill, and tasting oil pressed that same day. Dinner back at the farm.
An early departure for Positano. The day is yours, wander, shop, swim, sit with a coffee, and watch the cliffs. In the evening, everyone gathers again for dinner in one of the most beautiful towns on earth.
A trek through the Cilento hills with a packed snack in hand, lunch in town after, and a closing ceremony dinner back at the farm to bring the week full circle.
A reflection breakfast, journaling, a final prayer, and a roadmap for how you actually live differently now. This is not a ciao! One week after you're home, we regroup on a private group call to debrief and help you apply it in real life.
Every guest arrives to a curated welcome, a small ritual that says: for the next seven days, you're taken care of.
All inclusive at Imoresani: lodging, breakfast every day, most lunches and dinners (full breakdown in the itinerary above), every class and excursion, your pre trip labs, gift box, and take home roadmap. Flights and a few meals on your own are separate.
Reserve your seat with a deposit, a simple payment plan is available, just ask on the call.
Only 8 seats left for this cohort.
A public speaker, Flow & Meditation Teacher, and NeuroConscious Coach, Michelle is fascinated by the mind, brain, and neuroscience, and how ancient practice and modern science work together toward real wellbeing. Her mission is guiding people toward their full potential, breaking the habits that quietly hold them back, and helping them live their happiest, most confident, and centered lives.
A Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and speaker, Liz helps people harness the power of nutrition for mental health, performance, and overall wellbeing through her signature four pillar system, addressing toxicity, deficiencies, nutrition, and stress and trauma at the root. She works with clients preventing major disease, supporting bodies through cancer treatment, and teaching youth how nutrition shapes mental wellbeing and performance.
A wife to a stage 4 cancer survivor and a mother of three, Liz brings compassion and personal insight to her work. Her faith guides her mission, every part of it aimed at helping others feel seen, supported, and valued, for the glory of God.
Every day of Breaking Bread circles back to the same invitation, to surrender what you're carrying, receive what's already yours, and become who you were made to be. Michelle guides your Mind, helping you break the habits and belief systems quietly running the show. Liz guides your Body, teaching you how food and nutrition truly work in you. And through it all, God does the deepest work, freedom. You'll leave this week not just with a plan, but with a renewed understanding of all the Lord has for you, mind, body, and spirit made whole.
International airfare, and the meals marked "on your own" in the itinerary (3 lunches, 2 dinners). Everything else is covered.
